Since joining One Source Advisory in 2009, Jay has earned a reputation for his commitment to ongoing learning and excellence. He maintains his Life, Health, and Annuities license in the state of Florida and regularly completes Continuing Education to stay current with industry trends and regulations. Jay works closely with the entire One Source Advisory team to help clients implement group benefit strategies designed to support their goals and long-term financial well-being.
Originally from Missouri, Jay has called Tampa home since 1990. He is an avid runner, tennis player, and triathlon participant. In 2024, he married his wonderful wife, Mandy, and together they share five beautiful daughters who keep them active and smiling.
