Cody’s career includes leadership and management roles at respected organizations such as State Farm, Target, and Hersh Reconstruction. This diverse background has shaped his strong understanding of customer needs, team leadership, and operational excellence.
Outside of work, Cody is a devoted family man—proud spouse and parent to six wonderful children. A lifelong sports enthusiast, he spent 12 years coaching youth football, instilling values of teamwork and mentorship in the next generation. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, golfing, and camping, finding balance and inspiration in the great outdoors.
